Fair is the whole policy.

GRB Labs currently sells downloadable software and access to browser-based tools. We do not currently sell or ship physical goods, so there is no physical return or return-shipping process.

If physical products are added later, their return instructions and any return window will be published before they are offered for sale.

Email hello@gammarayburst.ca within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchasing email, Lemon Squeezy order number, product name and a short description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

When a technical issue can be fixed reasonably, we may first offer troubleshooting, a replacement download or a corrected build.

We will generally approve a full or partial refund where:

• you were charged more than once for the same product;
• the product was not delivered and we cannot restore access;
• a material defect prevents the product from performing its advertised core function and we cannot provide a reasonable fix; or
• the product's published compatibility information was materially inaccurate for your system.

Refunds are normally not offered solely because you changed your mind after downloading or substantially using a product, did not review clearly published compatibility requirements, no longer need the product, or lost access because of a material violation of the licence or terms.

That said, we will look at the actual circumstances rather than hiding behind a script.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for GRB Labs purchases and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and card-network timing may affect when the credit appears.

Please contact hello@gammarayburst.ca before opening a payment dispute so we have a fair chance to investigate and fix the issue. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds or handle chargebacks under its own merchant-of-record obligations. A refund may deactivate the corresponding licence, download entitlement or paid account access.

We do not currently offer automatically renewing subscriptions, so current one-time purchases do not require cancellation. Browser sessions and free accounts may be stopped at any time.

If subscriptions are introduced, cancellation instructions and the effect on access will be displayed before checkout and documented here.

This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
