Please include the product name, app version, operating system or browser, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots are excellent. Passwords and full payment-card details are not.

Include the email used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order number. We can help restore product access, investigate an entitlement or review a refund request.

Charges for GRB Labs products may appear on a statement beginning with LEMSQZY because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.

For account access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email from the address associated with the account when possible. We may need to verify that the account is yours before making changes.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Complex bugs may take longer to investigate, but we will tell you what we know and what happens next.
