The rules of the lab.

You may use the site and tools only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware or use our tools to violate another person's rights.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, non-payment or a material breach of these terms.

Unless a product page or licence says otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use that product for your own personal or internal business creative work. You may use the original outputs you create commercially.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the software, licence keys or protected downloads; provide access as a competing hosted service; or remove ownership notices. Rights not expressly granted remain with Gamma Ray Burst Inc. and its licensors.

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licences. Nothing in these terms limits rights expressly granted by those licences.

You retain ownership of the text, fonts, images, files and other content you bring to a tool, along with the original outputs you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content.

Some tools help locate, download, convert or package third-party assets. The tool cannot grant rights to those assets. You remain responsible for verifying font, media, website and redistribution licences.

We may offer free tools, trials or a limited number of exports. Limits and features may change, but we will not retroactively remove a paid perpetual licence without a valid legal, security or contractual reason.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Checkout pricing, taxes, payment processing and receipts are governed by the information presented at checkout and Lemon Squeezy's customer terms. Product access may require the purchasing email or a GRB Labs account.

GRB Labs does not currently sell automatically renewing subscriptions. One-time software purchases do not need to be cancelled.

If we introduce a subscription, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. You will be able to cancel future renewals without losing access already paid for through the end of the current billing period, subject to applicable law.

Any discount, launch offer, coupon, giveaway or other promotion is subject to the terms shown with that offer, including its eligibility, duration and redemption limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to earlier purchases.

If promotion-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific terms control only for that promotion.

You may not use, download, purchase, export or re-export GRB Labs products in violation of Canadian law or other trade, sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or the transaction.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the products and will not use them for unlawful purposes. Availability may be restricted where required by law, payment-network rules or merchant-of-record obligations.

We may improve, patch or change tools over time. Compatibility requirements are listed on product pages and may evolve for future versions. We aim for reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Unless expressly included with a product, future major versions, new platforms and unrelated add-ons are not automatically part of an earlier purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRB Labs products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Gamma Ray Burst Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or business opportunity arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply.
